NEW YORK (AP) — Cotton futures No. 2 closed 40 cents to $4.55 a bale lower Tuesday.
The average for strict low middling 1 & 1-16 inch spot cotton declined 6 cents to 66.40 cents per pound Tuesday for the seven markets, according to the Market News Branch, Memphis USDA.
