GRAND FORKS, N.D. (AP) — New University of North Dakota President Mark Kennedy and his wife, Debbie, are leading new UND faculty and administrators on a bus tour of North Dakota this week.
The annual tour is in its 25th year, but it will be the first trip for the Kennedys. Former Minnesota Congressman Mark Kennedy took the reins at UND in July.
The tour Monday through Wednesday goes through Mayville, Carrington, Washburn, Bismarck, Medora, Oakes and Fargo-Moorhead. The goal is to introduce new UND staff to the state and give them a chance to develop professional relationships.
