WASHINGTON COUNTY — A Draper man died Saturday when the off-highway vehicle he was riding in rolled near Kolob Reservoir.
William K. Farrar, 42, was a passenger in a Polaris Ranger being driven by a young relative who lost control on an unpaved, private road, according to Washington County sheriff's chief deputy Shauna Jones. The OHV hit an embankment and rolled.
Farrar died at the scene, Jones said. The driver and another young person in the vehicle were wearing restraints and were not seriously injured.
