SILVIS, Ill. (AP) — Robert Allenby of Australia was arrested outside of a casino in Rock Island, Illinois early Saturday morning after missing the cut in the John Deere Classic, according to police department arrest reports.

Allenby, 45, was arrested at about 2:30 a.m. outside Jumer's Casino and charged with disorderly conduct and criminal trespassing. His bond was set at $1,500, WQAD-TV reported.

Allenby shot even-par 142 at TPC Deere Run and missed the cut by three strokes.

In January 2015, Allenby was found with severe bruises several hours after visiting a restaurant with friends. Allenby, who had missed the cut in the Sony Open, claimed to have been abducted and beaten. A Hawaii man was sentenced to five years in prison for using Allenby's credit cards and identification.
