NEW ORLEANS (AP) — A Baton Rouge hospital has bought a majority share of an ambulatory surgical clinic in Slidell from its doctors and a company called United Surgical Partners.
CityBusiness (http://bit.ly/2b8qYAA ) reports that Our Lady of the Lake Regional Medical Center and Southern Surgical Hospital did not disclose terms of their deal.
The Baton Rouge hospital announced the purchase in a news release last week. It already has an urgent care and surgery center in Covington.
Our Lady of the Lake also owns two ambulatory surgical centers in Baton Rouge.
