(KSL News) Saratoga Springs police released the name of the 4-year-old killed Thursday morning in an accident.

Police say he is Cooper Mardesich. He was run over by a 15-year-old driver who didn't have a license. The little boy was flown to Primary Children's Medical Center, where he later died.

Cpl. Aaron Rosen, with the Saratoga Springs Police Department, said the 15-year-old had received a warning before for driving without a license.
