Several Salt Lake businesses report personnel changes. Questar has promoted Susan Glasmann and Alan Allred to Senior Vice Presidents for Questar Regulated Services. Questar also announced that Don Cash will step down as CEO on May 1st and will continue as Chairman of the Board of Directors. Keith Rattie will be promoted to President and CEO of Questar effective on May 1st. LONG Building Environments, a regional HVAC equipment distributor, added Jeff Grant as Sales Engineer in its Salt Lake office.
Triton Communities is now helping local companies offer Preferred Employer Discounts to employees who need temporary or long-term housing. Triton owns and operates over 2000 units in 14 apartment complexes.
Here’s an Olympic business fact: Businesses near the venues are doing well. At The Gateway, sales have doubled and tripled in restaurants from fine dining to fast food. Some restaurants are reporting that they are now number one in their chain.
