This is Fred Ball, Zions Bank, speaking on business.

I was disappointed when the La Salsa Mexican Restaurants went out of business. I enjoyed their fresh, good food and their convenient locations. But now, Neil Breton, who was one of the previous owners of La Salsa, has told me that the locations are now occupied by ZoZa's Fresh Mexican Kitchen.

According to Neil, ZoZa's is making a dramatic departure from conventional formula-type restaurants by offering the high quality of food that is normally associated with more upscale, sit down eateries. Neil thinks that shopping center food outlets and fast-food restaurants have frequently offered food that was uninteresting and without personality. ZoZa's will have each location reviewed on a daily basis by its team of executive chefs who will maintain the taste, consistency and integrity of all menu items. The chef is creating new and exciting dishes to be offered as daily specials on an ongoing basis.

In addition to offering many familiar favorites like, tacos, burritos, carnitas, tortilla soup and quesadillas, they are introducing several new dishes derived from nuevo Latino cuisine. Nuevo Latino cuisine is really gaining popularity all over the country, and is a fusion of culinary styles from around the Americas.

The company is going to introduce a new character to help introduce ZoZa's Fresh Mexican Kitchen to the public. Watch for ZoZa to be featured in all advertising and collateral materials. As she says on the new menu, "Cooking and turning the freshest ingredients into a fusion of Latin flavors has been my passion. And today, I've turned that passion into a family group of restaurants bearing my name, ZoZa's Fresh Mexican Kitchen. This place really cooks."

The eateries can be found wherever there was a La Salsa facility. There are five freestanding locations and one store in a mall. They are on Fort Union in Midvale, on 4th South and 5th East in Salt Lake City, 5900 South State in Murray, Crossroads Plaza, Olympus Hills and on Riverdale Road in Riverdale.

For Zions Bank, I’m Fred Ball. I'm speaking on business.
