Questar Pipeline has completed construction and placed into service its new Mail Line 104, a natural gas pipeline bringing critical supplies to Utah natural gas customers and other markets in the West. The 77 mile pipeline cost $85 million dollars and can transport 272,000 decatherms of natural gas per day.
Here’s an Olympic business fact: According to The Utah Public Safety Command, also known as UOPSC, more than 6000 public safety workers—including law enforcement and emergency personnel, will work together during the games. This does not include any national guard used for extra security.
Back in 1902, a group of 100 business leaders were called together by the Governor to form the Commercial Club. This organization later became the Salt Lake Chamber.
