The Salt Lake Pro/Am Rodeo’s website, www.slcproamrodeo.com, is up after hackers attempted to disrupt its Internet services. Several other rodeos have reported similar attacks.

Intermountain Health Care recently presented five checks totaling $240,000 dollars to four local colleges to help them prepare more nurses and healthcare professionals for Utah’s workforce.

Kelly Services is celebrating the opening of their downtown office today at 3 p.m. at 480 East 400 South.

The Living Planet Aquarium is establishing a Marine and Freshwater Science Institute in conjunction with Salt Lake Community College. The institute will feature a 16,000 gallon shark tank, a stingray tank, and a coral propagation facility.
