Harmons Grocery Stores announces a partnership with Sinclair Oil to open a new Harmons Fuel Stop at 3955 West 3500 South in West Valley City. This is the first Fuel Stop to be built for the food chain.
Utah Association of REALTORS® figures show a 9 percent increase in home sales for the first quarter of 2001 compared to last year. Excluding Park City, the average price for a home in Utah was $154,618 dollars—a slight 1 percent increase over last year. The average price for a home in the Salt Lake area is $176,679—which is a little more than 1 percent higher than last year. The average price for a home in Park City is $527,800—down almost 10 percent from last year.
