(KSL News) A man who died in a plane crash last Friday was laid to rest today.

Friends and family said goodbye to former Blanding City Council member Kim Acton.

Man killed in plane crash laid to rest

Acton was flying in a plane with current council members Eric Johnson and Brian Bayles last Friday when the plane crashed in a wheat field just outside the Monticello airport. All three were killed.

Johnson's funeral was yesterday. Bayle's funeral will be held tomorrow at noon.
