A 16-year-old Utah boy and two 14-year- old friends were arrested Tuesday night after two of them led police on a 30-minute chase that meandered through East Long Beach, Belmont Shore, Seal Beach and Westminster, authorities said.
Investigators say the boys ran away from their homes near West Jordan, after one of the boy's parents took away his X-Box video game.
Long Beach Police say the 16-year-old and one of the 14-year-olds were booked on charges of minor possession of a concealed weapon, attempted robbery and evading police. The second 14-year-old, who was elsewhere during the chase police aren't saying where was booked on stolen vehicle charges.
