(KSL News) A man was hit and killed while walking across the street in Ogden this morning.
Police say around 6 a.m., 42-year-old Jesus Valero was walking across the street at 1400 South and Harrison Boulevard when he was hit by a vehicle driven by a 19-year-old man.
Valero was taken to the hospital where he died.
Police say Valero was not in a crosswalk and at this point in the investigation, it appears charges are unlikely.
