Police and owners of a Salt Lake City business hope surveillance video will help them solve a brazen burglary.

Tuesday night, around 10:45, two burglars forced their way into the Arch Consulting business on 340 W. Whitney Ave.

The suspects were in the business for several minutes. Detective Jeff Bedard, spokesman for the Salt Lake City Police Department says two thieves got away with an audio-mixing machine, and nine laptop computers.

Bedard says the computers are valued in the thousands of dollars. Bedard says, "He may have a laptop that's a couple of years old and, monetarily, it's only worth a couple of hundred dollars, but what's more important than that is the information that's on some of these laptops."

Surveillance video shows two men moving through the office with arms full of equipment. If you believe you know who the suspects are or their whereabouts, call the Salt Lake City Police Department at 799-3000.
