(KSL News) A Salt Lake City car owner still has a car, thanks to an alert citizen.
Police say the witness saw two juveniles trying to break into the car with screwdrivers near 500 South and 100 West. That person called police, and the suspects ran off.
Two officers spotted them a short time later and arrested them for attempted theft and vandalism.
