SALT LAKE CITY (AP) -- A man is now facing legal troubles after he allegedly left his three children inside a hot van.
Police say the 36-year-old man was cited for failure to supervise.
Officers say the kids -- ages one, three and eight -- were left inside the van on Friday in temperatures of more than one-hundred degrees.
The man apparently went into the Utah State Fairpark while the kids were inside the vehicle. Police say the children were left for more than 40 minutes.
Officers say the did have some water.
