BOISE, Idaho (AP) — In a story April 14 about wild horse adoption, The Associated Press reported erroneously the location of the adoptions. They will be at the Ford Idaho Horse Park in Nampa, not the U.S. Bureau of Land Management's Wild Horse Corrals south of Boise.

A corrected version of the story is below:

BOISE, Idaho (AP) — Wild horses tamed by 4-H Club members will be available for adoption this weekend in Nampa.

The four weanlings ages 8 to 11 months last weekend passed a test that included being led, loaded into a horse trailer and having their feet handled.

The horses can be viewed Friday and Saturday at the Ford Idaho Horse Park in Nampa as part of the Idaho Horse Expo. The mustangs can also be viewed Sunday until the final adoption that's a silent bidding process from 2 to 3 p.m.

The horses were among those rounded up following last year's large wildfire in southwest Idaho.

Since February 4-H Club members from the southwest and south-central Idaho have been gentling the horses to get them used to humans.
