UpdateAs of 10 p.m. Tuesday, it's still slow going on Interstate 15 heading toward North Salt Lake, where a tractor-trailer rolled over.

Cranes are still on the scene, trying to clear the accident away.

Earlier(KSL News) A tractor-trailer rollover has forced the Utah Highway Patrol to close all but two lanes on northbound I-15 near Center Street in North Salt Lake.

Cameron Roden with the Utah Highway Patrol tells us two big rigs were transporting what he calls an "oversized, empty vessel." The load weighs about 210,000 pounds.

The drivers were trying to get from I-215 to northbound I-15 when the rear end slid and the whole thing rolled over.

No one was injured, but all northbound lanes of I-15 are closed except for the two far-left lanes. Northbound I-215 at Redwood Road is also closed.

Traffic is still backed up. At least 10 cars stuck in that backup have overheated on the freeway. Drivers have also jammed northbound surface streets to avoid the freeway.

UHP trooper Mark Zesiger says it's going to take a while to clean up. "We had to bring in heavy equipment, the two large cranes, along with three other heavy directors," he said.
