(KSL News) A St. George man is behind bars this morning, suspected in the death of his infant stepson.
Police were called to the home of Gregory Fullerton Wednesday night on reports that the 4-month-old boy had stopped breathing.
The baby was taken to a St. George hospital and later flown to Primary Children's Medical Center where he died.
Police aren't releasing the cause of death but did arrest Fullerton on suspicion of child-abuse homicide.
