SEATTLE (AP) — Officials say a Washington state woman working in a bikini coffee stand has died days after a fire broke out at the business.

Harborview Medical Center spokeswoman Susan Gregg says Courtney Campbell died Monday afternoon.

Assistant Everett Fire Marshal Eric Hicks tells The Daily Herald (http://bit.ly/1SgiCIB ) that the barista, later identified as Campbell, was inside the stand Thursday afternoon and was burned while escaping the flames.

He says investigators believe a propane tank inside Sinners and Saints Coffee, a stand in Everett where baristas wear bikinis, contributed to the blaze.

The fire reportedly spread to a nearby car before being extinguished.

Hicks says Campbell had recently bought the stand.
