Grain mostly lower, livestock higher

CHICAGO (AP) — Grain futures were mostly lower Tuesday in early trading on the Chicago Board of Trade.

Wheat for March delivery was 1.25 cents lower at $4.6760 a bushel; March corn was .25 cent higher at $3.52 a bushel; March oats were 3 cents lower at $1.96 a bushel; while March soybeans lost 1.25 cents to 8.60 a bushel.

Beef higher and pork were higher the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.

February live cattle was .80 cent higher at $1.3303 a pound; March feeder cattle was 1.78 cents higher at $1.5858 a pound; April lean hogs was 1.20 cents higher at $.6668 a pound.
