ALEXANDRIA, La. (AP) — The Rapides Parish Library's Main Library in downtown Alexandria will reopen Jan. 19 after being closed for more than two months for renovations.
The Town Talk reports (http://townta.lk/1ZWfGCt) the Main Library closed on Nov. 2 for the renovation project, which included resurfacing of floors and installation of ceramic tile and carpet in the public areas.
The renovated library will include a multimedia computer lab which will be used for computer training classes as well as other classes and workshops for adults, teens and children
