GLENDALE, Ariz. (AP) — The Arizona Coyotes assigned forward Laurent Dauphin to Springfield of the American Hockey League on Wednesday.
The 20-year-old Dauphin scored his first NHL goal — his only point in three career games — in the Coyotes' 3-2 victory in Vancouver over Monday night. Drafted 39th overall in 2013, he has five goals and five assists in 30 games this season for Springfield.
