MONTREAL (AP) — Israel has fallen into line with the rules of the World Anti-Doping Agency.
WADA says its foundation board has voted to remove Israel from the list of countries found to be non-compliant with the world anti-doping code.
WADA says Israel has "drafted and adopted anti-doping rules" in line with the global code.
In November, Israel was one of six countries declared by WADA to be non-complaint, along with Andorra, Argentina, Bolivia, Russia and Ukraine.
Belgium, Brazil, France, Greece, Mexico and Spain were given until March 18 to come into compliance.
