FLAGSTAFF, Ariz. (AP) — Students across Flagstaff are being told not to come to school because of a storm that has already dumped an immense amount of snow.

Flagstaff Unified School District canceled classes Wednesday because of weather and road conditions.

According to the National Weather Service, the Flagstaff airport reported nearly 10 inches of snow overnight.

Forecasters are expecting at least a few more inches this morning in the high country.

Prescott and Sedona have also reported receiving snow.

The Weather Service had issued a winter storm warning that remains in effect until noon in areas above 6,000 feet.
