HENDERSON, Nev. (AP) — Inclement weather forced a small plane to make a rough landing at Henderson Airport in Nevada.
Clark County Department of Aviation employee Chris Jones says the Beach Craft Bonanza from Porterville, California, was on its way to Nashville Monday evening when the plane to diverted to Henderson Airport.
Jones says the plane lost power as it was making its way toward the runway. It landed just short of the runway in a desert area.
The two people on board were uninjured.
