TUCSON, Ariz. (AP) — Arizona defensive coordinator Jeff Casteel and defensive line coach Bill Kirelawich are not returning to Rich Rodriguez's staff.
Casteel, who also coaches linebackers, joined the Wildcats in 2012 after serving as West Virginia's defensive coordinator from 2003-11. Two of those seasons came when Rodriguez was the Mountaineers' head coach.
Casteel has more than 30 years' coaching experience, including a stop at UTEP.
Kirelawich spent four seasons at Arizona after working more than three decades as a defensive coach at West Virginia.
