If you feel a little droopy this morning, perhaps you went out to see the midnight debut of "The Dark Knight." Area theaters expect big crowds this weekend as well.
Fans don't expect a box office flop. One man we spoke to thinks the latest Batman film will make you think.
"All the other Batmans in the past have been nothing but action and violence, but this series seems to actually have a plot," he said.
Still, not everyone's a fan. "We intentionally came here to see "Hancock" because there will be nobody in the theater whatsoever, and "Batman" would be so full that we wouldn't even have a chance of getting in," on woman said.
Meanwhile, though the film is getting a reputation as the darkest Batman movie yet, children aren't staying at home for this one. You'll find them, ages 10 and up, waiting in line to claim their place in the packed theater.
