NEW YORK (AP) — Cotton futures No. 2 closed 35 cents a bale lower to $2.50 higher Friday.
The average price for strict low middling 1 & 1-16 inch spot cotton declined 8 cents to 62.29 cents per pound Friday for the seven markets, according to the Market News Branch, Memphis USDA.
