A passing train sent sparks, which caught the dry grass. The fire traveled up the tracks, caught some cardboard boxes, and ignited a propane tank. The tank blew up and went right through the building.

The owner of the cabinet company took Eyewitness News inside after the explosion. The good news is it's Pioneer Day so the employees were off and no one was hurt. The owner told us for that he's thankful.

"The propane tank must have been on that side, then it blew the top or bottom off and it came through right here, and got the tubing or the metal and ended up right where it sits."

The Assistant Fire Chief told us his volunteer fire department turned out in force when the call came out, and it's a good thing. At one point firefighters were battling six different fires, all sparked by the same train.

It's estimated the chain of events caused at least 30-thousand dollars in damage.
