LOGAN, Utah (AP) — A Utah man is in jail after pleading guilty to chasing a woman with a samurai sword.
The Herald Journal reports (http://bit.ly/1NMeZD6 ) that court records say the Logan woman let a homeless couple live in her house. She asked them to leave when she learned that they were allegedly stealing things from a vacant apartment and bringing them to her home.
The couple left, but the man later returned and argued with the Logan woman about getting the rest of his belongings. She demanded that he return the allegedly stolen property first.
Police say the man briefly left and returned to threaten the woman with a samurai sword.
They say the woman called 911 while the man kicked in her door, took his things and left.
