(KSL News) We want to update you on a story we first brought you last night about a sign in Nephi that some people considered offensive.
It has been taken down.
The sign read "Caution ... Retards in the Area."
Neighbors of 13-year-old Colton Heaton claimed they put it up because Colton threw a rock at their daughter.
Heaton has developmental disabilities. His mother and disability advocates felt the sign was discriminatory and the wrong way to handle the situation.
