There's a warning today from the Utah Department of Commerce about another company falling victim to Web site fraud.

K.C. Ward Financial says an Internet predator created a fake Web site using its company name. This is the second time in a few months that a Utah business has had their online ID stolen.

"If I had to guess, I would say that they are in some foreign country," said Francine Giani, executive director of the Utah Department of Commerce.

Giani says K.C. Ward has notified state and federal regulators to warn investors.

"You may change a letter here or there, you know, you're Web site's been hijacked," she said.

Giani says Internet trolls are working day and night to steal company Web sites.
