(KSL News) Utah Governor Jon Huntsman is now chairman of the Western Governors' Association.

Huntsman has been the vice chair for the past year. His peers elected him to the top spot on Sunday.

The Western Governors' Association serves the governors of 19 states and three U.S. flag Pacific islands.
