(KSL News) A man students from at least two Utah schools say was a deceptive roommate went to court in Idaho today.
Joshuah Shelley pleaded not guilty to grand theft.
As Eyewitness News first reported last Friday, Pocatello police caught Shelley in a stolen car and with stolen credit cards.
Students at Brigham Young, BYU Idaho, and Dixie State College say Shelley would ask to live with them, change his background, then steal their stuff.
Shelley told the court he's already convicted in Colorado.
