BOSTON (AP) — Boston Red Sox third baseman Pablo Sandoval has left Wednesday night's game against the Toronto Blue Jays with tightness in his back.
Sandoval came out in the top of the sixth inning and was replaced by Deven Marrero. He missed three games over the weekend, also with back tightness.
The Red Sox lead the AL East-leading Blue Jays 10-1.
