LONDON (AP) — Andy Murray heads Britain's five-man team for next week's Davis Cup semifinal against Australia.

Murray is joined by Kyle Edmund, James Ward, brother Jamie Murray and Dominic Inglot for the Sept. 18-20 matches on an indoor hard court at the Emirates Arena in Glasgow, Scotland.

The lineup was announced Tuesday by captain Leon Smith.

Edmund is a new addition to the team that beat France 3-1 in the quarterfinals on grass at Queen's Club in July. Andy Murray secured all three points by winning his two singles matches and teaming with his brother for victory in the doubles.

Smith says Jamie Murray could team with his brother or Inglot in the doubles against Australia.

Britain has reached the semifinals for the first time since 1981. The winner will play either Belgium or Argentina in the final.
