HAMDEN, Conn. (AP) — Police are investigating the reported armed robbery of a Southern Connecticut State University student near campus.
The university said in a Facebook posting that the male student was not injured. The university said two men with handguns took several personal items from the student on a sidewalk in front of the 190 Pinerock Avenue apartments.
Hamden police are investigating the midnight Friday incident.
