Authorities said Saturday that 29-year-old Charles Young has been booked into jail on one count each of luring a minor with a computer for sex acts and gross lewdness. LAS VEGAS (AP) — A wax figure of rapper Nicki Minaj at a Las Vegas museum is getting more security to keep away inappropriate visitors.
