ROSWELL, N.M. (AP) — Roswell police say three people were found shot to death inside a home Saturday and a fourth victim has been hospitalized.
Police spokesman Todd Wildermuth says officers were called to a home in the southern part of the city around 8 a.m. about one fatality.
But responding officers discovered the bodies of two men and one woman.
Another woman was taken to a hospital but then flown to another facility for treatment.
Wildermuth says investigators believe the shooting took place right before police were called.
Police are not releasing any of the victims' names pending family notification.
They did not say whether the shooting could be a murder-suicide or if there were searching for suspects.
The investigation remains ongoing.
