PANAMA CITY (AP) — Miguel Aguilar scored in the 85th minute and D.C. United opened CONCACAF Champions League play with a 1-0 victory over Arabe Unido on Wednesday night.

United coach Ben Olsen missed the Group H game to serve a suspension for his actions in the Washington's club final game of the 2014-15 competition.

Arabe Unido dropped to 1-1 after beating Jamaica's Montego Bay 3-0 on Aug. 5.
