(KSL News) It was the perfect day for a bike ride, and today hundreds of bikers strapped on their helmets in Brigham City to race for a cause.
The Tour de Cure is an annual event that raises money for the American Diabetes Association.
Many teams took part in this year's event.
The SelectHealth team had nearly 300 riders, that's the largest team to ever participate in the race. They raised nearly $70,000 alone.
Diabetes affects more than 20 million Americans.
All the money raised today will go toward diabetes research, education and treatment.
