Randall Jeppesen reportingA Herriman neighborhood is still in shock today and hoping for the best after a 6-year-old boy fell out a window. The boy was playing in an upstairs room when he fell about 16 feet out of the window.

His neighbor didn't want us to use her name, but says those gathered around tried to help how they could when the boy was flown to the hospital. "I took the older brother to my house," she said.

She says the school bus had just let a group of children off and they all witnessed the traumatic scene.

"I don't think anyone knows what to do with themselves, and we're just waiting," the neighbor said.

The last report we received the boy was in critical condition. Some in the neighborhood are worried the boy might not be coming back home.
