(KSL News) Some Southern Utah residents lost phone and Internet service yesterday after a fiber-optic line was severed near Pintura.
Qwest officials say it happened yesterday evening and knocked out service to many people within Washington County and other parts of Southern Utah as well.
Qwest expected service to be back up by midnight, but it was up and running by 2 a.m.
