ATLANTA (AP) — The first game of the Cleveland and Atlanta NBA Eastern Conference final is this evening on the Hawks' court. Each team advanced with a six-game series win in the semifinals which means each club is well rested. Game 2 in the best-of-seven series will be Friday night in Atlanta.

TAMPA, Fla. (AP) — Game 3 of the New York-Tampa NHL Eastern Conference final is tonight in Tampa. The clubs split the opening two games in New York with Tampa winning Game 2 6-2. The fourth game will be played this Friday once again in Tampa.
