ATLANTA (AP) — The Atlanta Falcons have signed running back Tevin Coleman, the team's third-round draft pick from Indiana.
Only first-round pick Vic Beasley, a defensive end from Clemson, remains unsigned.
Coleman ran for 3,219 yards in 33 games at Indiana. He scored 28 touchdowns and averaged 7.1 yards per carry. He rushed for 2,036 yards as a senior in 2014. He ranked second in the nation with 11 100-yard games. He finished seventh in the Heisman Trophy voting and was a finalist for the Doak Walker Award.
The Falcons previously signed five draft picks — defensive back Jalen Collins, wide receiver Justin Hardy, defensive tackle Grady Jarrett, offensive tackle Jake Rodgers and cornerback Akeem King.
