The Kremlin confirmed about an hour before Kerry's scheduled arrival that Putin would be attending the meeting. WASHINGTON (AP) — The Senate today takes a much-anticipated vote on whether to start debate on a fast-track trade bill. If successful, Obama's likely to ask Congress to approve a long-negotiated Pacific Rim trade accord with 11 other nations. The Senate needs 60 votes to merely start a full-blown debate on the legislation.
