THE GYM — Crossfit has become the newest fitness sensation, and whether you like it or not, it’s here to stay. Well, that is until the next fad hits — which usually isn’t the far off.

Anyway, turns out that this kind of workout has become so popular that even babies are getting in on the action.

This video was actually shot back in 2010, but it’s just starting to gain some traction. This little guy probably isn’t even 1 year old in this video, but he’s already working hard on his core, making sure to sweat off that baby fat.

As you can see, the kid has energy for days, and it appears he’ll never start to fatigue. If you’re a parent, this is not news to you. I’m fairly confident my 4-year-old could run a marathon and come home and dance to Disney songs while singing at the top of her lungs for three hours before collapsing in a heap on the living room floor.

Regardless, this little guy is making gains, and now that he’s probably 5 years old or so my guess is he’s in better shape than I ever hope to be.

Check out the video. It’ll put a smile on your face and give you an either a desire to hit the gym or take a nap. According to me, both are viable options.
