(KSL News) A former Utah County teacher has pleaded guilty to charges she had a sexual relationship with an underage boy. But her husband is still facing charges in connection with the affair.
Earlier this week, Jennifer Candida Gonzales pleaded guilty to two counts of attempted forcible sexual abuse as part of a plea deal.
The Provo Daily Herald reports that Gonzales admitted to having a relationship with a 16-year-old boy, which was discovered by her husband, Richard, when he came home early from work one day.
At that time, he pulled a handgun on the couple and threatened to kill them. Aggravated assault charges are still pending against him.
